Browser-local batch tool
One named QR file per row.
Paste a column from Excel, Google Sheets, or a plain list of URLs. Every row becomes a static QR SVG carrying the name you gave it, and a manifest records exactly which payload went into which file. No formula, no add-in. Your payloads are not uploaded, shortened, hosted, checked, or tracked.

Ready. Nothing has left this page.
Your browser does the work, so there is no per-batch cost to ration. The CSV itself is capped at 64 KiB.
No redirect dependency or expiring vendor URL.
Review the exact filename-to-payload mapping.

Did this do the job?
The browser-local tool is free and has no row limit. We previously asked whether a one-time $19 licence for 500 rows was worth building; that limit is now simply free, so the question is retired rather than repriced.
Payment is not being accepted and this is not a checkout. There is no paid version, and we do not currently know what one would contain.
If the free tool fell short of what you actually needed, one short email about the job and what you would pay for is more useful than any guess we could make. Do not attach CSV files or include QR payloads, filenames, secrets, identity documents, or customer data.
What this deliberately does not do
No dynamic links, scan analytics, logo styling, destination safety claims, account, or cloud history. A generated QR code can point to harmful content if the CSV tells it to; verify every payload before distribution.
